Linking a Charge Card to a Wallet
Instructions for EV Drivers
Find all the instructions on how to link a new charge card to the correct Wallet in the STROOHM App, right here. When you receive your new charge card, you can link it to your company’s Wallet or, if applicable, to your personal Wallet.
WARNING!
Do not follow the steps below until the migration has been fully completed on 1 November 2026.
Doing so may cause conflicts during the migration. STROOHM and/or your fleet manager will explicitly inform you by email when you can proceed with these steps. Please also refrain from creating an account on the STROOHM App or Platform in advance. STROOHM will create your account for you during the migration.
